Debbie DePompei was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and relocated to the Las Vegas, NV area in 1994 to open the first satellite sales office for a publicly traded telecommunications company.  Thereafter Debbie became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada in 1995 specializing in commercial real estate leasing in Las Vegas, NV.  Debbie’s 26 year tenure in the wireless communication industry began in 1996 providing site acquisition duties on a new build project for Pacific Bell Mobile Services in San Diego, CA during the Republican National Convention.  Since that time, she has been involved on a multiplicity of projects over the years in Nevada and California representing such carriers as Cingular Wireless, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile USA and Verizon to name a few.  In August 2004, Debbie joined Mountain Union Telecom in the capacity of Site Acquisition & Development Manager responsible for leasing and zoning multi-tenant tower development sites, in addition to marketing the company’s tower portfolio in Phoenix & Tucson, AZ.   In June of 2006, Mountain Union Telecom was acquired by Crown Castle International, which forged the motivation to launch Turn-Key Telecom.  Turn-Key provided site acquisition services on various projects for T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, in addition to having coordinated the development of 20 multi-tenant sites for InSite Towers in Nevada, Utah and Arizona.  Subsequently thereafter InTelliSites was formed in November of 2009 where we have continued to serve as InSite Towers regional tower developer in Nevada, Utah, Arizona and California up until its sale to American Towers Corporation in December 2020.  IntelliSites has since joined forces with Infra Towers LLC since April 2021.     Debbie is responsible for the on-going daily operations of the company including sales, marketing, site acquisition and land-use entitlement consulting, and generating new strategic direction for the company.

​Todd Fuson was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and has established a wealth of contacts and local knowledge within the telecommunication industry.  Todd has more than 34 years of experience in the telecom industry which he most recently served as Director of Project Development and Operational Manager for the Southern Nevada, Arizona and Southern Utah areas for Mountain Union Telecom.  Prior to joining Mountain Union Telecom, Todd Fuson was employed at Communication Engineering Inc. which later became Nextel Communications, in a variety of leadership positions across multiple disciplines.  Todd’s experience in identifying multi-carrier tower opportunities and analyzing sites for profitability is key to the company’s long term goals in growing Infra Tower's tower portfolio.  Additionally, his background in construction project coordination contributes greatly in ensuring each site is built to the highest standards possible  by third-party vendors while maintaining Infra Tower's development costs at a minimum. Todd Fuson also provides support for all daily operational and business activities.
